Pigs Vs. Humans
Our art piece is about the American novel “Animal Farm” by George Orwell. This book is an allegory about the Russian revolution. Basically what we portray in our art is a before and after picture of animal farm. On the sides of the before and after picture we have the seven commandments that would help the animals not become human or human like. On the other side of the before and after pictures we have the one commandment remaining that was changed for the pigs benefit. The before picture is the animal flag how it is after the revolution and under the flag the animals are all co existing with one another. On the after picture the flag is empty which means that the pigs have changed and believe that they are more powerful than the other animals. Under the flag there is a pig face and a man’s face which means that at the end the pigs become like the humans.
In conclusion our art piece is about the American novel “Animal Farm” and how people can get corrupted by power if they lose focus of their goals. Like the people in the Russian Revolution and the animals in animal farm.
This project would fall under oral communication because we had to present this art piece orally in front of our class explaining the projects rubrics points.
